In-Store Purchase Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges with receipt on full price merchandise, within 7 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Store credit never expires.

All sale merchandise, jewelry, and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Chatsworth Boutique, 382 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope AL 36532. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chatsworth Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns at their sole discretion if the returned merchandise shows signs of being unsuitable for resale. Returns may be refused for any of the following reasons (but are not limited to):

  • Signs of wear: Items that appear to have been worn. (Item has deodorant marks, makeup stains, items are stretched, etc.)

  • Alteration or washing: Items that have been altered or washed in any way.

  • Offensive odors: Presence of strong odors such as smoke, body odor or perfume/cologne..

  • Unreported damage: Stains or any damage not disclosed at the time of the return request.

  • Missing parts: Including buttons, decorative elements, or original tags.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we monitor return activity. If we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern that violates our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse future returns or transactions from the affected customer.
